Share what you received to get more.

2 Timothy 2:2
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.

Attention mentors, teachers, pastors, leaders, elders, and anyone else who holds a position of respect in the eyes of others! You have a responsibility to entrust your insights, experience, and the truth of the life Jesus lived! Do this and be faithful. Attention all of you who are in a position to hear the truth of the life of Jesus and the gospel! You have a responsibility to receive the truth from those already entrusted, discern the truth and God’s call on your life, and live to the fullest for the glory of God!

Don't be an unqualified judge!

Matthew 7:1-2
“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

When we view other people, it should be through a lens colored by the recognition that we were forgiven and saved by Jesus Christ. We were not designed to be the judges of offenses against God. Even more than that, when we find ourselves in a “seat of judgment” so to speak – we are to consider carefully the state of our own heart, mind, and life before passing any kind of judgment to another. One day it will be you who is judged.
